Sketchy business practices

You can subscribe 24 hours a day online, but when you want to leave you have to call them Monday through Friday during normal business hours only. I find that unethical at worst, and needlessly clunky at best. Ill say the same thing to their salespeople on Monday morning when they try to coerce me into not canceling my service.
